As I continue to learn about nutrition, I’m amazed at how many plants are available to eat that I didn’t know about.  The Wild Diet helped me transition away from a diet centered around processed foods.  But I still stalled with weight loss even though my blood work numbers significantly improved.  Then I traveled to Greece while reading the China Study. Fruits and vegetables in Greece have so much flavor.  It was easy to eat plants and when I came home I had the data from the China Study to keep me going.

As I learn more I will post about certain plant based foods that I’m exploring and loving at the same time.  Hopefully you will try some too!
