Have you ever grilled a portabella mushroom cap?  They are a fantastic replacement for grilled burgers.  At about 18 calories per mushroom, make it a double or a triple and indulge.  Portabella mushrooms offer significant amounts of Selenium, Copper and Niacin (B3) but only 10+% of 2 other nutrients.  Use them as a supplement to Selenium on days your consumption is low, or simple eat them because they taste great and do not have a lot of calories.  Baby bellas are a fantastic raw snack.  Portabella mushrooms make it onto the bottom list based on nutrients, but these will become a fantastic weight loss snack.
